About Amanda:
Amanda serves as the Territory Account Director for Charlie Health across Western Pennsylvania, where she partners with major hospital systems to connect patients in emergency rooms, inpatient acute care, and crisis centers to critical mental health and substance use treatment. With a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Penn State University, Amanda began her career at UPMC Presbyterian in physical therapy, before spending several years as an operations manager at Lululemon.
Amanda’s passion for mental health care is deeply personal; as a former competitive gymnast diagnosed with a rare neuromuscular disorder during her teens, she navigated her own healing journey with the support of The Children’s Institute. Advocating for accessibility to care, Amanda is driven by her experiences and her commitment to helping others, especially after losing loved ones to addiction and mental health struggles.
In her spare time, you can catch Amanda at workout studios and giving back to her community. She recently bought her first home in the North Hills, lives with her high school sweetheart, and regularly travels to Denver to visit her niece, nephews, and family in the mountains.
